"Not very hapy"

I called on a Monday asking for a repair and the first MOT for my Kuga. I have been here before with no problem. they promised to call back. 3 hours later I called again and the parts dept said they would call me back. Both times taking details. as no one called I call the Ford dealer in Ottery St Mary near where I work and they said they would collect the car two days later, sort and deliver back. What a service!. I have used Taunton because I live within a mile. this is the second time I have had problems booking my car in. so it looks like I will only use Ottery Ford!.
