"WOW. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE"

Wow. I rang Clarke at 14.50 and explained that I urgently needed a drive belt for our hoover (we have a very hairy dog putting it mildly) they said they closed at 15.00.

I said I was 15 mins away and would anybody still be there? The guy said to knock on the door when I arrived and he would have the belts ready to collect. True to his word, he answered the door and I bought the parts I needed. This meant I didn't have to wait until Monday for them.

The gentleman who served me was very polite and professional. I have in the past used Clarke for various parts and have always found them helpful and polite.

5 star every time..
